Here's my take on the Giant Turtle from Godzilla: The Series!

History: A snapping turtle who was exposed to a radioactive lake he set foot on Alaska in 1999 in search of food and it just so happens to come across a breeding Zilla and Komodithrax, taking this opportunity he waited for the two titans to fall asleep and drop their guards in order to consume their eggs, fortunately Komodithrax, sensing the danger attacked the giant turtle by bitting his neck while Zilla guarded the eggs. Wanting revenge, he teamed up with Barugon and Reptilicus in 2003 only to be confronted by his brothers; Gamera and Kamoebas, feeling outnumbered, Barugon and Reptilicus retreated leaving Turtalus by himself where he was forced to surrender and submitted to Godzilla.

Abilities:

Carapace: Turtalus has a thick spiked shell for his main body which deflected Komodithrax's atomic breath, claws, and boulders the mutated komodo dragon threw. Turtalus' carapace rendered him immune to bunker-buster bombs, which are successful in killing a Kamacuras.

Amphibiousness: Like all snapping turtles, Turtalus is capable of swimming and holding his breath underwater for long period of time.

Extending neck: Much like Kamoebas, Turtalus can extend his neck to bite at enemies.

Physical Abilities: Turtalus is armed with a clubbed tail similar to Anguirus which he uses to clubbed both Zilla and Komodithrax. He also has enough jaw strength to cause the wounded Komodithrax to coma for a short period of time.
