"And then, in one fell swoop, I sliced the Ring of Solomon clean off the golem's fingers!" the 'treasure hunter' crowed, gesticulating widely as her story drew to a close. "I barely had time to collect my prize before the temple started to collapse around me, though! Ah, well, you know how these kinds of stories always end."

"And you say a Djinn was bound to this little trinket?" the shaman asked, skeptically studying the simple silver ring he held before him. "None other than Iblis himself, the very King of the Djinn, bound for refusing to bow to Adam!" Parizade boasted, her lips curling into a smirk. Khaneeth simply tossed the ring back to her, replying with, "King of the Djinn, huh? How'd you keep him from killing you the moment he was summoned? Iblis and his followers aren't exactly known to be a terribly grateful lot."

"Pfft, that's another story altogether."

This was commissioned by , who agreed to be my guinea pig for this new painted/lineless style I'm experimenting with. ^^ It features her character Parizade the treasure hunter enjoying a smoke with Khaneeth and regaling him with the tale of her latest treasure procurement.
