MASSIVE FILE. I'm warning you now. It might make some computers slow.I recently got a bento box and decided that it needed a bag to keep safe in. I decided to make a tutorial out of it. I sure hope that everything makes sense. I tried my best to make sure to not leave anything out.
PLEASE tell me if you're confused. I'd be happy to try and help. Also, ask me before you post this anywhere. Thanks. ^^

Hi hi! I'm finally getting a new bento and I have decided to make my own bento bag! I will be using your tutorial and just wanted to know if the little squares pattern you have on your bento was sewn on separately outside of the tutorial. I am assuming thats what you did.
I might also be asking you a few questions once I finally pick fabrics and a cord, just to make sure. I can usually figure things out once I'm working with the materials in my hands, but just to be sure I'll keep you in mind ^w^ I'm very excited about this!

Yeah, the squares are separate. It's pretty much a mini-quilt for a pocket. That's sewn on before making the bag.

Thats what I thought, after looking through the steps and figuring out that nothing in there did a squares pattern. It's really cute on yours, though it won't work with the fabric i saw today that i really like.

I thought about writing about the pocket on the tutorial, but I figured there would be way too much text in that area. You could always just make a normal pocket without the quilt front.

I don't need a pocket though, Maybe I'll make a couple of them and try it on one of those. The fabric I have picked out wouldn't look good with it. I should pick a small patterned one and a full color for that. I would love to make a couple of them >w<

Yeah, I don't know if the pocket is completely necessary. I only use it when I store the bento in my room.

aww this is adorable! i want to get a new bento box, mine is still in good condition, but it's nice to mix it up every once in a while. i would need a new bag so maybe i'll try yours!

I thought about getting a bag when I was at the store but they didn't have that many. Then I thought that I should make one. It would be free that way. xD Tell me if you understand it when you make yours. ^^
