Description A little backstory, Antony is named after Mark Antony, and I ran across Whose character Caesarion is named after Mark Antony's stepson, so the jokes write themselves.
Being a Plan step father is definitely something that Antony was not prepared for.
This is made at least in part as thanks for a picture made including Antony around Christmas

Not ashamed to admit this made me laugh out loud.  Its apparently clear he's not ready to be a parent, but at least he's trying.

Thank you, I'm glad it worked out. When it comes to jokes I tend to start picking apart the joke when I'm drawing, so I never know whether it's still funny by the time I finish.

Antony was not ready for plant parenthood, he's really rethinking gardening

I think he just needs to start off with something with a little less bite, like dog wood.

I'm pretty certain that poison ivy would be an easier plant to take care of at this point.

I have no idea where Caesarion would get his gear, but this is 100% accurate to his personality.
Thanks so much for drawing this.

Also, is black lotus a reference to something or just something you made up?

Someone was probably into that stuff down in his family tree. That pun was super forced but I can't apologize for it.
Your welcome, though I did it to thank you as well, so I guess gratitude all around.

It wasn't really meant to be a reference I just wanted a plant based death metal band, though in retrospect there was a poison named black lotus in a d&d setting I played in before.

I'm sure there was some stone age equivalent of emo music.

That's fair. It just looked like you were making a reference, and I suppose you were.
