Okay. For the head, males are usually more square sized, the brows are thicker, and the chin is a bit more noticable kindof xD. Ummm the neck is wider, and the whole body is less smooth, more rugged(?). The shoulders are also broader xD Theres something about the lips too, but I think it only applies when your drawing real life or something.
