Now, now, that's a bit harsh. I wouldn't say he forgotten about her. A lot of fans thought that way about Yamato, too, after he got kidnapped by Kabuto, but he showed him and Anko at the end.

hahaha im not that hardcore fan xD but the truth is kishis female characters are written worse xD maybe except for chiyo grandma 
and we don't know what happened to anko in the cave after the war (not mentioning epilogue), im gonna be mad if someone doesn't cared about her where she is and then she awake and left the cave by herself >
