(I've got to learn when not to bring the personalities of my OC's into chat with me, I actually love Arceus, but my OC Rena, who is a Mew, hides her sadness for what she ended up being forced to do to the one she thought up as her son, (yes, an Arceus, and it was, quite sadly, putting him down because his mind was basically completely destroyed and replaced with a corrupted shell of his former self even she couldn't restore with her power.) so I apologize again, and say another Arceus lives on elsewhere ruling their own world in my fan-made multiverse, too. (Aria, Mystery Dungeon Universe))

(This multiverse I thought up basically throws some canon ideas out the window, such as there only being one of each legendary pokemon species (still quite rare though), and legendaries being a specific gender. Did you notice how I talked about the Arceus in Rena's universe ('normal' world) being a he, and gave the one of the Mystery Dungeon world a female name? (I also couldn't come up with anything better because I'm bad at giving names to pokemon...))

Clearly you haven't been to Destiny Tower and survived the 99 floor trial for the Space Globe in Sky. There is a statue of Arceus in the top in room with the Space Globe. (If you want to unlock the dungeon, beat the game, go to Spinda's Juice Bar, mix drinks, and cross your fingers because it's one of the rarest to get from my experience, but no, Arceus isn't an encounter, but he does exist in the canon universe of the Mystery Dungeon world. Who else could save an entire timeline from being removed from existence when the past is altered if it wasn't Dialga? (beat special episode five for the reference))

I made the name up, like I said, my beliefs are either not canon (EX: Plates originally belonging to Rena my Mew OC.), unproven (EX: There being more then one of every legendary species), or canon (EX: No humans excluding the ones turned into pokemon in the Mystery Dungeon Universe). (But most fall under 1 & 2)

Nonono, not given to, stolen by. Arceus thought he deserved the plates, but Rena told him countless times that their power was too much for another to handle. She was telling the truth but Arceus didn't believe it and eventually got so angry he left the Hall of Origin. He descovered the forbidden tomes on dark magic and Shadow Pokemon. After studying them for years, he went back and attacked Rena, now a Shadow Pokemon himself. He barely beat Rena with his new power, but they were doing nothing to give him power. Having read how to get around such a snag, he used a spell which split the plates into two sets, one plate for each type except normal in both sets, and the 2 sets being a set embodying the light of the world and a set embodying it's darkness. The light set immediatly reacted, its plates flying out of the Hall of Origin and scattering across the world leaving Arceus with the dark set. He may have been a Shadow Pokemon, but he was still savable until he took the Plates of Darkness he had created. He could feel the dark energy flowing through him, destroying his mind, but by this point he was too far gone to care. He then teleported the seriously injured and now mortal Rena to the middle of the Orre desert to die, but as fate would have it, three pokemon were traveling to the Sea Temple's location at the time to return a lost Manaphy Egg and the route they had chosen led them to find the unconcious former goddess, and they chose to take her to a safe place to heal her up: The Underground, which had been abandoned years ago. It would later become the main base of the resistance.

ya i no there were no ppl in mystery dungeon i played every game!But arceus is tenchincly a male.Let me explain.!st of all his voice in the 12th movie was male.Also note that arceus is the creator god aspect thingy of the pkmn universe and the creators of pokemon were Japanese.And japan as well as many other if not all countries have religions with a creator.And the creator is most if not always male.That is my argument.Also does arceus even LOOK like a female.I think not!

I've heard some say his voice didn't sound male or female, but I thought the same thing, and I even agree, but like I said before, I couldn't think of a good male name. (plus I did an RP with someone on another site, it turned into something with a similar plot, and I used the name in that already. Did I mention the plot twist I have for after the final battle in the actual fanfic? Arthur reborn with all his memories, his mind back to normal, and as a Fakemon legend I saw in a fangame set called Zeta & Omicron, if I the game's creator wouldn't mind my short use of his(?) fakemon Divavious. Basically it the ring that's around Arceus after somehow seperating from him and becoming it's own pokemon with power over space/time)
