He looses his memory about Marcus, Annette, and....Albert.. so.. yeah.. I'm still trying to write it..

Well, Will remembers that he liked Wesker, but didn't remember that they were lovers. So basically he is falli n love with him all over again. Then a couple of hours later, he tells Al all about the vision, all of sudden, Wesker kisses him and his entire memory of him comes back all in 1 flash. so yeah.. that's basically it, I haven't gotten it all on paper but, most of it is in meh head.
