Rufus ShinRa is the Wheelchaired Man from Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children. I just know it. Duh. It's so obvious.
Anyway, this one is a spoof of the scene wherein Kadaj brought him up on top of a ruined building/tower while looking down at the commotion being caused by the Shadow Creepers that adorable silver-haired youngster had summoned
Isn't Rufus supposed to be on a wheelchair? Well, he's faking it. At least for this spoof.

That would have been really funny if Rufus actually did that in the movie. I like Rufus, espically in Advent Children Complete.
