No problem at all. Yeah, it's always a pain having to go back, but the beauty of art is being able to refine your idea until you've got the final result that you'd wanted to attain all along. Getting to that last, completed moment is what makes the whole process worth it. ^^

Some nice colours, I really like that gird effect. This might just be the preview image, but the text doesn't look very clear, will have to check it out on the downloaded version/s.

Yeah I don't like making my images too big for previews cause of the whole stealing artwork and stuff. I would put watermarks on my stuff but I hate them, plus I don't mind if someone thinks they're getting a deal taking my 10 by 7 inch piece lol. The original resolution of this was around 2400x1600 pixels.

on a less excited face note, one thing i would say is that i reckon the tech is too spread out too evenly.. like i reckon if you had some areas where the tech showed slightly finer details, it might come across a bit nicer, but that might just be personal preference for a very rusty artist

Seriously, this is amazing. B( I know I've told you before, but I do enjoy looking at both your abstract art and your photography.
This was really worth the time and effort you spent on this. I love the technological shapes.
The different colors help add to the depth of the picture, too. It's really an awesome effect, overall.

I have one criticism, and that is that the entire model is flat. If you made it, I think it would be better if you gave a thickness to the "strips" that are flowing around. Even if it's just a milimeter or so. Because right now they look more like flat vectors than 3D

My renders suck, there's no denying it lol. I just make them so i can kind of brush a nice composition around them.

You know, what I've started to do is just make an abstract render, render it at a super big size (like 6000x4000) and then crop it in photoshop because C4d always tends, especially after you add perspective, to put the focus in the middle of the piece. Unfortunately there isn't any great way to get around that, so that's how I managed to balance the focus to the right side.

looks kinda like shattered glass at first glance, but when I look closer I see it looks more like a bunch of ribbons, and the background looks like something out of star trek
