Description
Here is an Exersise Routine for all those with shaky hands. It was taught to me durring my training as a tattoo artist,
I knoticed a marked improvment in my line control after practice for a few weeks.
Practice drawing this way, and soon you will have smooth and steady lines.

*consult your doctor before starting any exersise program.

I have to put a disclaimer in there, just incase someone does something stupid....
I'm sure if you have trained with weights before you know some of the saftey ishues that go along with any training exersise. If you work muscles when they are tired it can cause problems. Also you have to give you muscles time to heal in between workouts.
It works great as lon gas you don't overdo it.

( that may help my push-ups actually...)
my only question is: How can I attache a weight to my pencil?

At the hardware store you can get fittings that will lock onto small sizes, put washers in between or bolts, then lock down the ends.
or use a wood block with a hole drilled in it.
so people got creative and just taped stuff to the back

Go to your local hardware store. Bring your pen or pencile, then get some metal parts, and two locking ends.
Most hardware stores have pipe bands that will tighten around the pencil to secure the losse metal parts.
Also, a block of wood with a hole drilled in the side works great.
Experiment. You will find something you like.
