Overall, I have to say spectacular job on the shot. Building is a little distracting, but I assume heights was a factor here.
Love the play on contrast here, coolness of the blue sky at the top, seperated by clouds to unveil the warm pallet of the sunset and the reflecting sea. Palm tree touch in the bottom left hand corner adds to the tropical feeling of this piece. The sun being a center point is nice, but a more amazing shot would be if it was in the thirds focal point. Meaning put the sun at third point, (a third from the top or bottom and third in from the side) The flare is a great touch too, plus you caught the sea at a calm state which gives us a serene atmosphere. Good job and keep on taking pictures.
