no specific country for this pic, since if you realized, 3 from the left wear Japanese JSDF gear, while the right one alone wear Russian VSR gear. basically idea came from the origin of the character, even all of them from Japanese, Hibiki later Verniy will become a Soviet

if you understand the character tho.. they are actually Japanese Destroyer in World War II, then the right one given into Soviet Union later after the World War II, so that's why i draw her with Russian gear instead
