I have to say that I love his crazed-up expression. Of course we stereotype the ugly men as some crazy, rude, or just plain dirty. He's got yellow teeth, but I don't think they had toothbrushes back then
I am no genious of anatomy, especially the muscular system, but I think you got them well laid out there. Especially the tones from light to dark on the areas of the muscles on legs, arms, whatever!
Nice brush strokes with the beard and hair. The strokes pretty much go the direction it's suppose to go, to my eyes.

oh my! I thought he was naked at first! Love the musculature of the arm. Realistic, but stylized in a masculine toony sort of way! If that makes any sense at all. It does, visually anyway.

Is it bad that I saw this and thought, "The Greeks used to hold the Olympics in the nude"?
The coloring is well done, and the background is nice and stormy. I could wish for more blood, but that's just the way I am.
The duller orange for the hair is an interesting touch, and works better than the red you had before for realism, and his psychotic expression manges to convey that particular emotion well.
While the darks on the right side of the body are very dramatic, the lack of such depth on the laft makes him seem more flat. Especially on the beard. Well...mainly on the beard.

Ah, your character is so awesome! I wonder what the conversation would be like if he were real and I were to attempt to talk to him... Mind, he'd probably take a swing at me with that axe. I'd have to tempt him with mead or something, as a peace offering! Lol!

Hm, I didn't know what those lines in his mouth were before, but I can see that it's spit.
Anyway, the colors blend in very well (shading and highlights). I like how you emphasize the absence of light on his back, and especially his right thigh.
The only thing I don't really like about this piece (or more specifically, the figure) is that part of the legs are cut off. It seems like it's just... incomplete. If it's like that for a reason, or if the paper was too short, then I understand.
It's just that in one of the drawing classes I take, you're encouraged to try and fit the whole figure on the paper.

One thing ive noticed, you tend to draw a lot of bloody axes. but not much violence! Wheres the cool fighting sequences?!
Those strange veins in his brawn are pretty cool though.
