I think it wasn't submitting since you are also a Co-Founder as well as a member. 
In the Admin area under 'Manage Members' Under the Co-Founders tab, the submit art to folder 'OCs' was set on 'not allowed' 
I've reset it to automatically approved, as well as the other folders. 
Hopefully that solved the problem
