hi, can you teach me how you manage to take such vivid colors on your camera? did you use any kind of filters? the colors in this photograph looks so vivid! can this only be achieved on a dlsr?

I think the vivid colours are a resault of a very good sensor on the camera and a polorizer (to achieve the balanced exposure). A DSLR is a huge part of the resault bit if there is one thing I've learned, it's not the camera, it's the technique.

I could stare to this shore for ours, days, without worrying about the rest of the world. nature at its best. and good idea with the human subjects on the right, gives more deep thoughts. bravo!

Looking at this photo, I could hear the waves crashing into shore and feel the gentle breeze. The colors make this photo so peaceful. The colors of the umbrellas are soft instead of bright, the sand and water and sky seem like one object in their whiteness instead of three seperate entities. It is very lovely.
Just a quick question: was there any modifications done afterwords in Photoshop or is the photo as is? I'm asking because I also now have the D70 and am curious!
