From the GSC manga, its Silver,i think? not sure im not that into the pokemon Manga so im not sure but yeah, this is my new BG style i think it looks great, this pic's lineart and coloring like always was done in MS Paint an then pasted on to the background which was created with Ulead Photoimpact then blured and then refined and shrunk in Ultimate PaintRelated content

I think Silver is Giovanni's kid cuz in FRLG, a scientists says to Blue/Red the following.
"Are you Giovanni's kid? No, that can't be! Giovanni's kid has RED HAIR."
So yeah, I think he is.
