There are neat smaller details you did with your character's design! I really like how her flowers look, with yellow petals probably showing that Tails is her dad and the green shoes and parts of her dress showing that Cosmo is her mom.

The idea of ears looks very sweet on her!

Her eyes are a great color, and I like the long green hair a lot!
