This is my OC Neo in chibi form =3
I've been wanting to draw her for sooooooo long >__<
Shes in one of my story lines, although the story isn't nearly finished, I know exactly what I want her to look like and I know what her personalitys gonna be like :3
In the story, she really likes ice cream. So after looking at the color of her hair, they decided to call her Neo wich stands for Neopolitan. The ice cream [link]
I posted a picture of her before here on deviantart but I REALLY dont like that pic Xl
So dont even go looking for it DX
I just felt like drawing one last personnal drawing before I went on to the avi art, commisions and art trades I have to finish X3
I started and finished it today X3

I forgot I wanted to add this in the discription XD
Although she looks very cute, girly and happy, she actually has a really sad background :l And the setting of the story is pretty droopy as well XD
