Saules Akmens the name of a new building that stands next to the brigde. And in translation it means the Sun Stone.
I thought that the photo was old not because of the B&W effect, but because I was sure that the building would be seen from this angle. Now I don't think so anymore, I though it was closer to the brigde, but it's not that close actually

Yeah, later I remembered the way that building stands, I first thought it was much closer to the bridge than it actually is.
