Personally, I like the sketchy, messy lines! I actually think they're underplayed. In my opinion they would look better and more deliberate if the outlines were thicker. Make them look like you want them there and they weren't an accident, you know?
I really like the shape you make your eyes, they look really unique. They were actually one of the reasons I was so excited to see the piece you drew for me. The ponies you draw have a sleepy, surreal look to them that I really like. As far as the eyes go, though, I don't think the outlines of them should be sketchy like the rest of the lines. It makes them look a little odd. And maybe give some more weight to the base of the eyelashes to fill them out a bit.
I think the nostrils might be a little too high on the noses. They're on the bridge of the nose in this picture, which is a little bizarre.
You always do wings so pretty, especially the shape of Dash's wing in this piece. The longest feathers look really graceful. I dunno, that's the first word that came into my head to describe them. XD

since u have said rough line is ur style so i wont mention it anymore somehow i feel u finished this drawing in hurry, the colors didnt blend well in some part not like urs rainbow dash n share the sky drawing ( all r neat, colors blend well ) also this one didnt have background , but as usual ur pegasuses always cute

Hiding the roughness by colouring in the lines doesn't work as well as I'd like it to sometimes.

personally I think the choice of color are nice, but maybe you might want to smoothen up your lineart and shading a bit, it does looks "rough" for me, or is this just your style?

It's my style, but to be honest the messy lineart isn't working out for me. Everybody prefers clean lines. I guess I'll have to practice making it a bit cleaner.
