Very strong and effective abstraction. I think that this is really abstract photography at its best and should be classified as such rather than street photography.

It's just that I couldn't really find any other category that fit the bill--such as 'architecture' or 'conceptual' or 'cityscapes'. At the end I settled on 'street', because I chanced upon it like any other street scene.
I have to say that I'm not too crazy about categorizing one's work, even though I realize that it's important from an organizational viewpoint.
