Willow beating the living crap out of an annoying pixie.
Pose, perspective and background practise.
The main mistake I notice (that's driving me insane) is her boobs are a little too low placed on her frame, but I couldn't get them right so I'll have to just deal with it. >.> Also her head's a little big.
Otherwise I love it. ^^

Yeah, you're right about the boobs, but that's not really a big problem, just sort of a minor thing. I didn't notice the head until you pointed it out. The pose is wierd, but not wrong.
To make the pose more dramatic (ie, like she was still beating on the fairy) you could twist her shoulders even further to the right. Also, a minor thing w/ the hands is that the thumbs would be perpendicular to the rest of the hand to keep a better grip on the plank. If you showed the thumb like that on the front hand it would be great. (Not that I've got room to talk, I've done some wierd things w/ my characters hands...Oh god why did I type it like that )
Also, are those marks under her eyes freckles? If they are, you might consider having them across her cheekbones too, and maybe even the bridge of her nose. The background could use a little more detail and improvement, but I'm sure you can get there on your own. I suggest using refs, that's what I'm going to do.
I love that the blood is flourescent. You have no idea how much I love you right now 
One thing though, before I forget. You should try not to blend character personalities too much. This piece seems more like something Hiedi or Aislinn would do, and it doesn't seem to dovetail with the "IT ATE JOHNNY" shenanigans in the chibi pic of Alderik and Willow. All of your female characters can be badass, but they should all be badass in their own ways. The smirky I-just-beat-the-shit-out-of-an-Annoying-fairy thing seems more like Hiedi or Aislinn to me.

Thank you. ^^ You're defiantly right about the thumb, but it's way to late to redraw any of the picture, same goes with the shoulder suggestion. Also, my tablet just broke. -__________- This is just getting ridiculous. third freaking one.
Yep they are. I was trying to make it a subtle detail, so defiantly not across the nose, but I could add some smaller ones lower down.
Well yeah, but I wasn't really going for highly detailed background. This was more just quick practise (Maybe three hours of work here). And of course, there's always room for improvement. 
Really is a bit OOC (Out Of Character) for her, but my idea originally was that this particular fairy had been driving her insane for weeks and everyone else refused to help her stop it, since it's just a little 'harmless' fairy. So it's build up hatred and loathing. The expression is defiantly off, but everytime I tried to draw the expression I had in mind it came out really derpy and retarded. So I gave in. Figured, you'd be the only one to notice that anyways, since you're the only one I've told anything about her character to.
Oh and Asilin is not that sort of badass while you've brought it up. lol.

If that was the situation an expression of insane rage would do nicely, or an expression of rage mixed with excitement (hahaha, use that expressions chart in that book you have.)

I believe if it's tied back it is. And I think a majority of the hair (excluding the bangs) has to be included, but I'm not sure.
