BIG IMAGE, you have been warned.Sylvanas Windrunner said in the quest before the battle of undercity "I barely escaped with my life"
I always wondered what REALLY happened..
I might make a rendered movie out of this later,some struggling always makes things more fun.
Let me know if you approve or have some good ideas.

How about this for a possible story fiction:
Sylvanas started stirring awake eyes darting back and forth as she started to focus on her surroundings.Β Last thing she remembered was infiltrating arthras's old stronghold after hearing of remnants of his army ...then a blow to the back of the head and then blackness...wasnt even time to scream her banshee scream.Β
Β Β Sylvanas suddenly realizing where she was tried to lift herself up only to find her legs and arms wouldn't move.Β Pulling on them once more she looked and found her hands bound above her and her booted feet below in shackles, pulling as hard as she could they would not budge.Β Sylvanas wildly tried to pull free moving side to side thrashing about in her improvised reclined chair but to no avail, she couldnt move.Β Β "My followers" she thought trying to summon her banshee scream only to find it had been somehow silenced, only a slight ummmph came out from her lips.Β "So thats why they didn't gag me" She thought to herself as she laid her head back on the headrest looking up at her gloved hands still bound in the chairs iron grip. Β "I have to get out of here!!"Β She thought in panic and alarm. Β Once more summoning her strength she pulled on her arms and legs as hard as she could gritting her teeth in strain but the binds held fast,Β shoulders dropping in defeat sylvanas slumped back into the chair.Β "Now what do i do?" she thought in despair.

Forsaken change apearance quite a bit.

That is true. Though Sylvanas Windrunner is known as the Banshee Queen.
This is due to her being raised as a Banshee by Arthas Menethil.
After she had gotten her own will back She reclaimed her lost body and became what she is know. half banshee - Half Blood Elf (Or actually High elf to be accurate. Search High Elf on wowwiki if you want to know their entire story
