Hulk snarled as he clenched his fists and gritted his teeth.

“Don’t worry your friends are fine. I’d consider it an improvement in some cases.” Nebula said at last. Hulk growled, he could hear screaming… And one of the voices was VERY familiar to him.

“BLUE LADY HURT HULK’S COUSIN!” Hulk roared. “HULK SMASH!” Nebula yawned as she watched the brute a run towards her. Unimpressed, she snapped her fingers, a large, glowing anvil appeared above him and dropped. Hulk raised his hands up and caught it. Hulk snarled, he could keep it above him but wasn’t able to throw it at Blue lady.

“What’s the matter, big guy? Not strange enough?”, She taunted. Hulk grunted, his arms and legs shaking as he tried to keep the weight over his head.

“HULK... STRONGEST... THERE... IS!” He boomed. Nebula smirked, with a wiggle of her finger, the weight grew even heavier, and Hulk glanced up. A look of worry swept across his big green face, he could feel the compression mounting on his powerful form before his near infinite strength gave out — the weight dropping with a loud, deafening crash.

Nebula laughed as the dust settled, the anvil gone. Left behind was Hulk: squashed into a big, twisted green disc with his toes and purple pants poking out of a few places. Nebula looked the smushed giant over; he was definitely the biggest pancake she had ever seen.

“Seems your boast of strength has fallen flat.” Nebula chortled.
