FULL VIEW PLEASE!!!An idea I got when asked to make an DevID for the club . This is my own creation!!!

very big on the sewn eyes and mouth
my only complaint would be the colors chosen for the "eyes" within
though very beautiful, it feels a lil out of place compared to the rest of the image
though that's just my own taste, i'm sure many others feelings will contradict mine, so i wouldn't want you to make any kind of change
my favorite part of this is the color(the change from bottom to top) and texture of the flesh

and for the eyes, the intention was to make it seem like a psycho, somone else actually commented on the eyes, but i never found a good enough rust brush for photoshop7 to use on it to see how it would look...

now see, i like the idea of the eyes being vibrant and unlike the roughness of the face
i was only commenting on the actual colors chosen for them
i think if the eyes were "rusty" it would take away from the "pyscho-like" characteristics you are trying to give

well i like the blue, but it's the purple insides that seem a lil out of place to me
at first i was thinking white, but then i felt like it would take away from the white "thread" sewn
so maybe anything between red and orange.... as long as it's vibrant it'll contrast nicely with the texture/color of the flesh

thank you...i was kind of making that happen, like you know in the movies how the people just stare at the monster and not even try to run...i if i didn't completely suck at making bodies i would probably make this a full character..or i might just add a translucent flame ball around it to make it look like its floating...

I like the whole sewing thing going on. also the skin and the face paint make the image look very tribal. well done.

This piece jumped out at me--very, ahh... grotesque (in a good way!). Since you ask for advanced critique, I'll give my two cents--the images in the eyes should probably be muted to some extent, so it fits in with the rest of the picture.

Basically, it is to darken, though not precisely. It means to mix with a complementary color, though with photomanipulation, I'm not quite sure how you would do that... I would suggest giving it a darker, even rusty look, so it appears more natural, so to speak

This would go well on someones criminal record ! It looks like somethin that you moulded out for arts and crafts but at the same time you felt mischeivious and decided to bring out its true colors with the restrained eyes.
It gives us a very evil superstistious feel like as if its alive and -having it around means bad luck or somethin

yes...my mind is usually running like 1000 miles a minute...but im coming to the end of a weeks vacation and i really can't think of anything but that camera...the Canon EOS 20D...it'll take me about 3 months to get it with the job i might be starting on monday...(calculated at the minimum wage rate working 4 hours a day for 5 days a week)..and plus i'm out a camera now as you can tell if you read the journal before the one i have up now...

actually...there is no job..i went today to sign up and the guy told me the shift i would have to be working and its just too long..i wouldnt have any time to do homework and i would not have any free time at all...the hours would be 4-10...thats just freaking crazy....
