Wings are definitely quite snuggly. I wonder what context this interaction is in; it could be a simple, playful moment between friends, perhaps evidenced by Firefly's expression โ or one of intimacy, with Rosetta's familiar touch, and her magic removing Flyfly's chest piece. the viewer can interpret it either way.
