Bio: Boogie Board was raise right next to the beach with his two moms who never grew out of their young valley girl phase. he talks just like them with a mix of dumb surfer dude lingo. he one of attractions of the beach with his funny accent, and handsome charm. He's known for hanging out with the foals after school lets out instead of dudes his age. He likes to build sandcastles with the kids and show them his 'surfing tricks'. However for a 'great surfer' he nearly drowns once a week but manages to get help for his class of foals.
hes best friends with journey, they've been glued togeather since the first time they met, when journey had to pull him onto his boat from the water when Boogie nearly drowned again.
he loves to hang out with journey and just listen to him complaining about all the dumb responsibilities of being an element of harmony.
Boogie has little to worry about and just like to enjoy life.
