Description
Second of the four piece set of mythical creatures, this is the centaur (or centaurette if you prefer
) The hair came out because I wanted something that reflected the Greecian influence, but also echoed the lift and flow of the tail.Medium: Prismacolor pencil on toned paper.

Strange perspective to draw her from, but it does make it more interesting. The line work is so gentle and liquid in this picture, you've captured the emotion well.

She's absolutely beautiful! The shading on her body is georgous! It really tones the horse muscles. I like the petiteness of the horse, especcialy in the hooves, it gives her a small feminie look.

Oooh... nice musclework (the shading you did to define the muscles, I hope you know what I mean). Something about it make me think that she's naked and that she's trying to cover herself... maybe it's her expression and the fact that her back is turned... it looks ver innocent and provocative at the same time

lol, no, it makes perfect sense. I wanted to darken the hide on the fur a bit, but I don't want to loose the muscle tone. What I might do is go onto the heavy shadows with a purple first.

I know she's supposed to be craning herself over her horse half to look behind, but i can't make out how her upper part is attached to the lower part. Just clarity problems.
