Description
On Halle, when the navy abandoned the system, local military leadership started to gather up volunteers for their own militia units, to help back up active and reservist units defending the few remaining defensive sites on planetary bodies in the system. In essence, they created their own Volkssturm to fight against the Imperial onslaught.
