HERE'S THE LA TUTORIAL THAT I STARTED LIKE 410, 934, 732, 809 YEARS AGO. But it's finished now.
Once you have both frames, save them IN SEPARATE FILES. Then use Photoshop or whatever to make the background transparent, and upload the first frame to Ezimba.com and then go down to 'frame animation', upload the second frame, and down the bottom, select '1/10', and for the loop count, select 'infinite'.

Have you used Paint before? You go to the link I provided in the artist's comments, and copy and paste the la bases into Paint. Same as how you get anything into paint. XD

Oh so you just copy the la image and paste it on MS paint and just give it detail and color? Or is there more to it? And yes I have used paint before.

Ooh, nice! That's really good! I love how you did the tail. Ahaha, well in all honesty, and I'm not saying this to be a suck up or anything, but that is way better than my first la. XD In fact, mine still aren't that great because I make the shades too light. But you spaced them out properly so it looks great, so well done!
