HERE'S THE LA TUTORIAL THAT I STARTED LIKE 410, 934, 732, 809 YEARS AGO. But it's finished now.
Once you have both frames, save them IN SEPARATE FILES. Then use Photoshop or whatever to make the background transparent, and upload the first frame to Ezimba.com and then go down to 'frame animation', upload the second frame, and down the bottom, select '1/10', and for the loop count, select 'infinite'.

You make it transparent with Photoshop, but I think you can use that Iaza site as well. o:

Ooh. xD Well your first problem is that you didn't put the sprite in the same place for both las. They need to be aligned so that they're both in the same place as each other. I think you can make it transparent with that Iaza site, but I use Photoshop. The other thing is that you need to have it 50x50 pixels (or to upload it as a laplz to dA you need to anyway), and they both need to be that size.
