HERE'S THE LA TUTORIAL THAT I STARTED LIKE 410, 934, 732, 809 YEARS AGO. But it's finished now.
Once you have both frames, save them IN SEPARATE FILES. Then use Photoshop or whatever to make the background transparent, and upload the first frame to Ezimba.com and then go down to 'frame animation', upload the second frame, and down the bottom, select '1/10', and for the loop count, select 'infinite'.

its really helpfull...just a question... is there a way for text to not pixelate? like "shrunking"? cuz i made an emoticon with text.. and it always shrinks..

im making a type of 
like instead of seeing "qwerty" you see "querty" and if you zoom in, the emote looks right, the globe also but the word look like big black squares..

Oh, okay. o: Are you using Paint? 'Cause you can only insert text if you're zoomed out on Paint, but if you're using something else and are able to write the text in while you're zoomed in, then when you zoom out it'll naturally look smaller. o: If you like, you can send me the frames or something, and I can try to add the text for you. ^^
