My first submition of 2008, and what a best way to start than with a pic started and forgotten in 2007??? XD

Who remebers this??? It's the carnivorous equine that I've used on the tutorial I did for coloring!!!!!!!! xD Except... now it's purple and blue... And if you remember, last time it showed up it was green and yellow. I'll add up that part on a tutorial, but no background... It's basically done the same way and I wasn't sure what to do in the beginning, so it was gonna be a mess for screenies.

Anyway, I had stopped it because my friend said it wasn't looking very realistic, and I was kinda happy with it, so all my will power to do it disappeared.

Also, it still took me ages to do!!! I bet I've spent 10 or more hours doing this, probably more! (I remember two afternoons from 2pm to 8pm... Plus the other two days for the lineart... And then the equine coloring...)

I don't know exactly what the green dots are... xD Some... bugs... And that black thing in the middle of the trees is supposed to be a bat. And the equine is supposed to glow. A bit...

The sky's not quite how I wanted... The ground is supposed to be dirt (I think that's the right term, but the conotation is so negative to me o.O) and I fail at it The original idea was to make of it a swamp type of environment. Of course, I failed at it too XD I'm still quite pleased.

I actually did manually around half of those plants...

Music: don't remember... xD None today...
