If the Boss was real and my own government ordered me to kill her, I'd kill them instead since they don't have the guts to kill her themselves. But if she asked me to kill her, there's no way in hell I'd pull the trigger even if it prevents Armageddon since I would never kill someone who practically gave her life and soul for her country only to be stabbed in the back by the same nation she fought for.
