So, what happens when you combine the 4 fictional enhancer aliens together? Well, you get a monster that doesn't just assimilate technology but living organisms too.

Parasitic Technoticks Origins:
In this epic crossover a piece of Venom fell through a wormhole and ended up in DC Universe where it laid dormant until it infected a rouge Scarab and absorbed all of its A.I sentience. Meanwhile another offspring piece of Venom found its way to Ben 10 Universe where it landed on planet Galvan-B and infected a newborn Galvanic Mechamorph, mutating him into adulthood and assimilating his personality as his own. The last bit of Venoms offpsring ended up in Max Steel Universe where an unsuspecting Ultralink anaylized the dormant Venom offspring and liked with it, becoming something new and more powerful. Each one caused enough trouble by testing out their powers on respective heroes; Symbiotic Scarab latched onto a metahuman host and turned him into city-busting threat which JLA chased for weeks on end. Symbiotic Mechamorph gave Ben 10 and Team Tennyson allot of trouble by assimilating together Insepctor 13 and his armored mech. Lastly Symbiotic Ultralink assimilated Terror-Energy Generator and posed a serious threat to Max Steel and Team Turbo.

Short Story: By the end of the day the respective Multiverse heroes somehow managed to unmerge the Symbiotic Hybrids from whatever they possessed and Symbiotic Hybrids were forced to teleport into Marvel Universe where they accidentally stumbled upon each other and their minds connected into a shared hivemind, each one getting glimpse into other how they work. By the time JLA, Ben 10 and Max Steel tracked them down into Marvel Universe, it was already too late because three Symbiotic Hybrids started merging one with each other; Symbiotic Scarab latched onto Symbiotic Ultralink and Symbiotic Mechamorph assimilated them both together and the result? It was birth of Ultimate Assimilator, a bionic being capable of combining together living organism with technology and infecting both things to malfunction. JLA, Ben 10, Max Steel and even Avengers lead by Spider-Man all joined together in a team effort to stop the Ultimate Assimilator.

Ultimate Assimilator dialogue: "You may have stopped me for now but as of now I am incomplete, once I reach my True Form I'll become unstopable! And there will be nothing that you heroes could do to stop me, absolutely nothing"
