As Zakieus sat by the fire Aradite made, he reached into the satchel to examine the Moon Pendant for probably the twentieth time since he discovered it that day. The phase of the moon shown on the pendant matched perfectly with the moon in the sky that night, a waning crescent. Everything was still so confusing. As usual, a hundred questions were spiraling in his head. However, unlike before, Professor Lawrence wasn't there to try answer them. He no longer had access to the immense library of school. It was just him and his sister, and she was just as confused as he, though the confusion didn't bother her.

Glancing upward at the moon once more, Zak found that one question really stuck out in his mind, and he wasn't sure if he'd ever get the answer.

Aaaaand its done!!! Part 3 of 4 BABEY!!!
The background isn't as much as I was thinking going in, but ya know, it works!!!
It's more concentrated on the characters and good lighting anyways, so yeah!

I really had fun with colors on this. In a graphics and effects class, I learned how to actually use curves and other tools, so I was able to make a sort of color scheme after already placing down the colors! I also found a great way to do fire that I'm probably gonna do forever now, LOL

I also changed up the line work colors this time. I've been having troubles with getting them the color I want, and while I'm still not fully satisfied, I'm happy with how this turned out anyway!!
If you have any ideas on how to improve this, I'd love to hear it~
