I suppose Zombieland was a bit like that. You know. Socially awkward weirdos being badasses surviving the apocalypse. 

I always wanted to make my own zombie movie. It would be about people who have been preparing for the zombie apocalypse for years. You know. Instead of having a movie about people totally ignorant to what zombies actually are.

That would be interesting.
I think that movie industry should make more high budget zombie films
with better scripts and different characters, a bit like zombieland.
Not the generic stuff with generic plots and characters that comes out lately.

Let's see... I saw this one zombie movie that had a pretty good budget, interesting story, and the characters weren't being bitches about killing zombies. It's called Diary of the Dead. 

It's one of the closest movies I've seen to my idea. I give it a 7/10

I didn't like it too much, but I am very hard to please when it comes to horror movies in general.
I like very few zombie/horror flicks, tho I am a horror fan.

Hehe. I'm pretty easy going. I'll watch most anything and find something I like from it. But if a movie's bad, I'll usually zone out and just pay attention to the shots and cuts and shit like that to figure out if that's what makes it bad. Oh well. I watched Eden Lake last night and liked it. Not a zombie movie but sufficiently fucked up.

funny games is also pretty good.
But it's true, if a movie is bad, then you start to focus on details instead of the whole package.

I only saw the American version. I didn't love it but I thought it was certainly interesting. Always weird seeing scenes unfold in real time.
