Relation? I think so! XDI had a fic goin' along on ff.net; Bugs was Buster's dad. Why? Because it was goin' around at the time! And I still stick by it
Well, we had an insight into everyone else's family life except Buster's right? So, why not make his parents Bugs and Lola? ^^
And here in the pic, we got Buster holding onto Bugs' arm and pointing to something while his dad looks at him in a loving kind of way.
I can't explain anything today properly, sorry

This is just me sharing, because I didn't know about this either, but you know there was another female lead rabbit for Bugs other than Lola? Which honestly made me happy, because although Lola is a cute character I've never cared much for her.
And yes, I think you're right on about Buster being Bugs' kid, whoever his mother may be.
