A buddy of mine who is also an inker challenged me to do a pencil swap with him. Meaning he would pencils something and send it my way to ink and I would do the same for him. Well fast forward to about three months later and I have finished my pencils for him. Not bad right? Three months for one page? Which is why I will never be a penciller in comics. I can bang out 2 to 3 inked pages a day, or 2 to 3 penciled pages every six months.Related content

Thanks. I pencil just like I ink. Which is why I hate inking my own stuff. I already drew tha thing once. I hate doing stuff twice. That's why I am glad somebody else will be handling the inking chores on this one.

yeah, it's the same issue i had until my inking style changed and simplified a bit. so now my completed pencils and completed inks look very different. but when it's exact it is cumbersome
