Honestly I'm not too sure, I have PS but it's PS 6 and the Flow doesn't exist there, though my aunt's computer has PS 7 and I think the flow tool at 0% of something low like that should be equivalent to the Watercolor tool. :3

I've been trying to save up the hundreds of dollars to buy CS4 because I like the blending style I can do in it, and now that I know I can do it with a program I have already is a very good feeling
