Yeah, I agree with you there. Apparently, Martin did fight back, bloodying his assailant, and that wasn't reported at first- but yes, to me it's really straightforward, just not as straightforward as it seemed at first.

No. Before I became aware of his criminal record (and his height advantage over Zimmerman) I thought they were BOTH guilty. Looking at what I originally knew of the case, I thought they were just two idiots who allowed their tempers to get flared and one ended up dead because of it.
Either way, comparing Trayvon to Dr. King is an insult regardless.
