Formulas used Amazing Box/MixPinski4/_reciprocalY2 ( no post work to raw fractal )
By adjusting the colour gradient sliders, I was able to get the decal effect on the fractal.
Background PhotoshopCS using my own resources, Flaming Pear's 'Glitterato' and 'Lunarcell' plugins.
