I've always wanted to create a photo with such intense emotion. I guess in a way this photo portrays me as a vulnerable person, a person I know for a fact everyone is at one point or other in their lives. It shows the loneliness we feel feel when we are going through tough times and we feel that there is no light, no way out. And just to put it out there; there is ALWAYS someone, you may know them or you may not. But there is someone.

I love the emotion portrayed through the position, the bent head and clenched hands.

Wonderful work, Grant! And I totally get it! I've felt this way many many times in my life thus far, and probably will many more times. But you're right, there will always be someone out there who cares enough to let you know you're not alone.

You're welcome. Yes, it certainly does. No person is normal, therefore even one who is not alone will surely feel it intensely from time to time.
