Description
Recently, I had to choose between two things: going to church youth camp plus going on a China missionary trip, or going on a Europe tour with my choir. This was created during that time when lost sleep, cried, and pulled my hair out in frustration trying to make a decision.Paraphrased quote from my pastor: You have to damn all the "could haves" and "what ifs". Learn to live with every decision you make.

I like this piece and the design. As to the content, you may want to check out the Myers-Briggs personality inventory...it posits that for decision making there are 'J' or judging people (who prefer quick decisions to sitting for a long time with open-ended indecision) and 'P' or perceiving people who are the reverse (of course many people have some mixture of both)...but it's useful to know. I'm strongly P, as are most of my sisters and mom, whereas one sister and dad are quite J...we've avoided some conflicts by realizing where our decision-making preferences lie at the outset of issues. Also, some jobs/industries (I used to be a teacher) are strongly 1 way or another (teachers are J people, generally) But ultimately everyone is faced with 2 roads diverging at some point.

Life is made of choices, I still don't know if I made the right decisions, but I'm sure someday I will.

Well you won't be the only one who's made a wrong choice every now and then

thanks.
i chose europe. camp happens every year, and missionary opportunities will come again, but the sort of experiences and training offered to us with the europe trip were more once-in-a-lifetime, in my opinion.

Well I think you made the right choice considering you're from Australia,
Europe is veeeery far.
Did you like it?
And where have you been?
Great piece by the way,
it's simple but I like it!

Haha it turns out I didn't actually choose to go to Europe. Partially because I realised none of the girls in my choir could go, so it was just the boys... but mostly because I also realised that it would hurt too much to be away from my church for any major length of time, and that it would be insanity for me to choose my choir over my church lol.
Yes, I am in love with my church
But thankyou!!

Yeah you must be..there are churches in Europe too
Wanna tell me why you're so "addicted"?
I'm an atheist and still don't get how people can commit to church, "god" and everything about it so much.

Well I really love God, and I think it's amazing what He did for us, little, worthless, sinful people. I think it's absolutely mindblowing how an almighty and all-knowing God can step down from all the glory and everything, and be on this dirty little planet called earth, where He'll be mocked, rejected, and crucified. And it was all because He loved us.
But more than that, I love my church community, simply because I think they are the coolest and most awesomest people ever!

Yeah ok when the people are awesome I understand,
but god..when people say things like you did
usually my fingers start typing a discussion on their own
Eventhouh I know that I can't convince people who really are into god. But at least I can doubt their opinion,
I'm great at doubting!
But for you I'm propably just another lost sheep
of which god has taken care to lead it back to the right way or something, so I think I'm gonne save my time here.

Haha of course you would doubt. Anyone who doesn't doubt has got to be either crazy, or extremely full of faith. But yeah, when I say I'm in love with my church, I mean I love the people there.
