It’s true. I can’t really get on board with most of the European traditional clothes, they don’t seem nearly as comfortable or stylish. Asia doesn’t have all the fun of course, African, Native North American and South American clothes are so colorful and many have a lot of meaning in their cultures.

Thanks. I kept in mind what you said about the light and dark not being enough, and made the darks darker, and even used straight white for the highlights.

Thanks. I put down the base colors with a pencil, then used Gaussian blur using the same pencil, and then smudged with a square brush to achieve the desired texture.

I agree. Now that I’ve learned so much digital painting, I wonder how I’d fair in real life. I can’t paint well (at least I haven’t before) so that would be interesting.
