A quick Chun Li I did for practice BUT also to celebrate the release of SUPER Street Fighter IV !I had been playing around with a new set of special effect brushes that a friend had recently given to me. To my surprise there was a unique set that featured splotches/washes/splatter that accurately portrays the ' Sumi-e ' brush styling that's used in Street Fighter IV. It took a bit of tinkering but in the end I was really happy with the outcome ( ^_^ )
