Zhao Yun from Dynasty Warriors/Chinese history as an assassin, based on the Assassin's Creed aesthetic.I actually drew this back in June but I don't think I've put it up yet! At the time I was going through a major art block, but I was inspired again when I saw some art work that was apparently part of an Assassin's Creed art book [link]
The whole eastern cyborg vibe was really intriguing and I was inspired to draw my own assassin. I'm really proud of this because it's one of the few drawings where I just started drawing and worked it out as I went along instead of pre planning and over thinking.
Also Zhao Yun (and other Shu generals) actually fit in really well with the Assassin's Creed artifact mythos! Tho I won't go into details - no one wants to read a rant that long

Heh thanks. Yeah it was more Altair and Zhao Yun as their designs are quite similar. There are elements of Ezio in there though

You should probably try some Assassin's Creed sketches and top it off with a concept for the next Assassin (Egypt).

Is Egypt confirmed for AC3. I've heard tell of ideas for Victorian London or 1940's Russia.. personally I'd like to see AC3 in China, preferably Three Kingdoms era.

Yeah, I too was hoping for an immersion into the rich culture of China and some super-huge conspiracy, but Egypt has been confirmed. Makes sense too, considering the end of AC 2. Initially, thoughts were on WWI or WWII, and maybe a female ancestor. In the end, they chose Moses.
