Kazuya Mishima from the Tekken games. I always thought he was badass when the lightning would trickle out from his attacks. I heard he was a beast in SFXT.

He's not a beast in Street Fighter X Tekken..........He's so bad ass words can't describe it. This is an awesome picture of him. I like the sinister look in his eyes

Thanks man, I was trying for that in the eyes. I couldn't get that Namco style so I just winged it.
And yeah, I heard he has some infinite combo when he gets you in the corner. He looks boss in all the videos I've seen.
