“Scratch” has been weighing heavy on my brain—be expecting an update of it sometime during my spring break, AKA, next week. YAY. Yay. Yay?Anyway, Tora in her kitty form and Kuwabara, looking sweet. Love that guy. He was fun to draw.

A lot of people neglect Kuwabara, but he's actually one of the better characters in the show. Just I think he gets pushed to the side because he's a nice guy, and the show is chock-full of "badass" characters that are generally more interesting to people.
Really nice job on them both, especially Tora because to me animals are hard to stylize into anime form.

Yeah, my favorite Kuwabara moment was breaking out of Itsuki's interdimentional monster. ;_;
Though I thought it hilarious in the actor commentary when Christopher Sabat (Kuwabara) mentioned that according to the fans, Kuwabara's best role was in the Three Kings Saga (because he really wasn't there...lol, poor Kuwabara).

Yeah, and it would've been cool if Yu Yu Hakusho had an OVA that featured (at least the opening fights) of the second Makai Tournament. In Eizou Hakusho they showed Kuwabara in the second tournament, but it was just a quick clip of the group entering as a team like in the Dark Tournament. (though I guess Eizou is technically the OVA)
Anyway, yeah Kuwabara is a great part of the show. ^^
